Overview
The Los Angeles - San Diego - San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor Agency Bylaws allow the Governing Board to form committees as necessary to carry out the business of the Los Angeles - San Diego - San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor Agency. The Bylaws require the Chair to name all members of Governing Board committees with consent of a majority of the Governing Board.
The Chair seeks to form an Ad Hoc committee to develop recommendations for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors to approve regarding the process for future administrative support agreements.
