Overview
On September 15, 2025, the Los Angeles - San Diego - San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor Board of Directors approved an agreement with The Abbi Agency, to provide public relations and media outreach services for the Los Angeles - San Diego - San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor Agency’s Pacific Surfliner marketing program for a one-year initial term and two, two-year option terms. Board of Directors’ approval is requested to exercise the first option term effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028.

Authorize the Managing Director to negotiate and execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. L250001 between the Los Angeles - San Diego - San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor Agency and The Abbi Agency, to exercise the first option term of the agreement, effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028, in the amount of $120,000, to provide continued public relations and media outreach services to the Los Angeles - San Diego - San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor Agency. This will increase the maximum obligation of the agreement to a total contract value of $180,000.
