Overview
On October 20, 2025, the Los Angeles - San Diego - San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor Agency Board of Directors approved the draft fiscal year 2026-27 Board of Directors’ Goals and Initiatives, including transitioning the annual Goals and Initiatives from a calendar-year basis to a fiscal-year basis to better align with the Los Angeles - San Diego - San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor Agency’s Work Plan and Annual Business Plan processes and reporting.
To support this transition, a special interim progress report has been prepared for January through June 2026, summarizing the status of tasks not previously reported as completed in the July 2025 through December 2025 semiannual progress report and highlighting key accomplishments aligned with the Los Angeles - San Diego - San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor Agency’s strategic outcomes before the fiscal year 2026-27 Board of Directors’ Goals and Initiatives take effect on July 1, 2026.
